懷疑卵巢有事?
你好，我早幾日連繼三日右下腹痛，類似經前的痛，我在今個月五號經期，巳完一星期，作天睇家庭醫生，懷疑卵巢有事，建議我去照，但我呢兩日已经唔痛，只係有小小尿頻但已安排做檢查，請問我大多嚴重嗎?

Dear Shirley,
Yes, it is worthwhile to get investigated. Pelvic ultrasound scan to look for gynaecological problems, CT abdomen for to exclude other surgical issues, for example appendicitis (right lower tummy). The more direct route would be to see a gynaecologist for consult.
