甲狀腺鈣化是不是代表有會變癌？
病患者女 - 67歲
最近家母因甲狀腺腫脹，因而去了化驗所照超聲波，並得出以下結果，其間發現有鈣化，是不是一定要盡快安排切除甲狀腺已防止癌化的風險呢？
Ultrasonography of thyroid
Findings
The left lobe of the thyroid gland is enlarged.
Homogeneous echogenicity is noted.
A 1.28cm mixed solid and cystic lesion is noted in the middle part of the left lode. A few echogenic foci are seen in the soft tissue part suggestive of calcifications. Mild increase in vascularity is noted around this lession on colour doppler.
A mainly cystic lesion of about 2.45 x 2.15 x 2.66cm (L x AP x W) in size is noted in the middle part to lower pole of the left lobe. Some soft tissue echoes are seen in the upper part of this lesion. No significant increse in vascularity is noted on colour doppler.
No mass lesion or cystic area is noted in the right lobe.
No retrosternal extension is seen.
No encroachment of trachea or adjacent blood vessels is seen.
Comment
A 1.28cm mixed solid and cystic lesion with internal calcifications in the middle part and a 2.66cm complex cystic lesion in the middle part to lower pole of the left lobe of thyroid gland respectively. FNA of both lessions is suggested for further evaluation.
No other abnormality is noted.

你好，甲狀腺出現腫塊並在超聲波掃描下有鈣化點，確實是有可疑的；有可能是甲狀腺癌，但更常見的是良性的甲狀腺結節。建議進行抽針檢查，將鈣化點附近的細胞抽出來做病理學化驗，看看有沒有癌細胞，再決定有沒有需要做手術。
