MRI Conclusion:
-C5/6 intervetebral disc herniation narrows central spinal canal but does not significantly compress the cord.
-Bilateral C5/6 neural foramina are narrowed by uncovertebral joint osteophytes, where C6 exiting nerve roots counld be impinged.

由磁力共振報告看來，你應該是有手部麻痹的情況，若果影響的是和報告的同一邊，就相對吻合。一般這種情況，不需要做手術，只需要做物理治療。但若果情況不斷惡化，藥物及物理治療都幫不到的時候，就有可能要考慮了。
