[ 耳鼻喉科 ] The nurse’s attitude was so bad!

The nurse’s attitude was so bad! No customer service. I’ve never met nurse like that!

The doctor gave me the medication expiring in about a month. When I came back and asked him to give me same medication with later expiration date, the doctor gave me long lecture and the attitude was so bad!

During reimbursement process, I kindly requested him to fill a less than 5-minute questionare from my insurance company, he wants to charge me HKD2,000!

This is the first time in my life I met the doctor like this!
