香港肝壽基金乃由一群熱心公益的社會人士與醫學界的肝臟專家組成，於一九九二年八月正式註冊為香港稅務局核准的慈善健康團體，致力於透過教育及對有關研究作出支援以達致對抗肝病的目標。
