成立背景
香港進食失調康復會（後稱「本會」）於1999年10月30日正式成立，是一群患者、家人及熱心人士所發起的慈善機構。本會於2000年正式成立為有限公司，並在香港註冊為免稅慈善機構（稅務局檔案號碼：91/6030）。
本會有精神科醫生、家庭醫生、心理學家、社工及營養師等專業人士擔任顧問團。
