I have been seeing Dr Wong since early June 2022 for several times. She is a smart, patient and intelligent doctor. Closely reading the test results, she would explain in great details to me areas of concern. She is keen on getting to know the root reasons for my condition and endeavors to narrow down the most probable cause. Dr Wong is also organized and systematic in her diagnosis and treatment procedure, relying on scientific evidence. She is my first bone specialist; I am lucky to have chosen her. Dr Wong has very good communication skills; she is willing to listen, My appointment with her, on the day when typhoon no. 8 was hoisted, was canceled. Knowing that I will leave HK two days later, she most kindly offered to see me on the next day, a Sunday afternoon, and made sure that I have suitable medication for the trip. I am impressed with and grateful for her empathy and consideration. This is rare in other doctors. Besides, she spends a quite long time with each patient, and now I understand why. She is very thorough in her consultation. She is most gentle in her voice and demeanor too. I have improved quite a lot since I started seeing her. I sincerely hope that other people would benefit from her expertise and kindness too. She has many patients, but she is worthy waiting for. I also like to commend her secretary, Ms. Wong, who is kind, gentle and attentive to the needs of patients in arranging appointments. Her communication skills and hard work are most appreciated.
