腦友心計劃是由由香港五個腦科患者病人自助組織（腦 同 盟、新健社 、慧進會、風之友、腦友滙）於03年6月成 立。 除 了 向 市 民 推 廣 正 確 的 腦 科 病 知 識 及 預 防 方 法 外 ， 最 重 要 是 能 向 患 者 提 供 即 時 的 資 料 和 支 援 。 平 台 的 建 立 期 望 能 促 進 患 者 間 的 經 驗 交 流 ， 自 助 互 助 ， 鼓 勵 大 家 投 入 社 會 ， 重 建 社 交 生 活 。
